The accommodation

Our fully renovated, modern 120m2 house, featuring beautiful materials, offers an ideal setting for your holidays on the French Riviera.

With its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two bedrooms, each with a master suite.

It can easily accommodate up to 7 people.

The first master suite is located at

ground floor and has a king-size bed (180x200cm).

The three other bedrooms are upstairs, with a double bed, a sofa bed and a "slide" bed for a child (from 3 years old)

Two separate toilets for added convenience, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The main living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a bright living room. From the living room, a large window looks directly onto our private swimming pool.

From the kitchen, access an outdoor terrace with an ideal dining area for enjoying meals outdoors.

The heart of the village is very lively, with restaurants, bars, cafes, and numerous festivities organized throughout the summer.

Less than 10 minutes by car, you can access local beaches, and 15 minutes from Antibes, providing easy access to regional attractions such as Marineland, Antibes Land Park, and Aquasplash. The village of Biot also boasts two golf courses, Le Provençal and

La Bastide du Roy.
