The accommodation

Our fully renovated house with beautiful materials, modern, 120m2 offers an ideal setting for your vacation on the Côte d'Azur.

With its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two bedrooms in master suite.

It can easily accommodate up to 7 people.

The first master suite is located on the

ground floor and has a king size bed (180x200cm).

The other three bedrooms are located upstairs, with a double bed, a sofa bed and a "slide" bed for children (from 3 years old)

Two separate toilets for convenience, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.

The main living space consists of a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a bright living room. From the living room, a large window looks directly onto our private swimming pool.

From the kitchen you access an outdoor terrace where there is a dining area ideal for enjoying meals outdoors.

Our house is ideally located in the beautiful town of Biot, known for its many glassmakers,

the heart of the village is very lively, restaurants, bars, cafes, many festivities are organized all summer.

Less than 10 minutes drive to local beaches and 15 minutes to Antibes, providing easy access to the area's attractions, Marineland, Antibes land Park, Aquasplash, The village of Biot also has two golf courses, Le Provençal and

The Bastide of the King.
